Pleated air filters come in a variety of sizes and efficiencies.  Most are 100% synthetic media in a die-cut cardboard frame. The media is bonded to a metal grid on the air-exiting side, preventing fluttering and maintaining uniformity of the pleats.

CARBON PLEATED:  In some light duty applications, the effectiveness of carbon pleated filters can equal many long -term solutions used for controlling odor problems,  Carbon pleated filters can be used as a low cost method to verify the potential effectiveness of carbon for controlling an odor problem.

 

MERV 7, 8, & 11 PLEATED:

These filters offer better efficiency than conventional permanent or disposable flat filters.  When used as a pre-filter they substantially extend the life of more expensive high-efficiency filters.
